MATCHED VINTAGE PAIR of very nice, early 1960’s Telefunken diamond bottom (in glass) factory 12AU7 / ECC82 tubes. These are all early from the early / mid 1960's. They are beautiful early examples of the 17mm, tall SMOOTH plates. These were a MATCHED set back in the 1960s and bear the RED TIP marks, evidence they were LAB BALANCED for GM & Plate Current back in the 60's. They have seen NO use since then and are testing as NOS on multiple calibrated testers. (Photo A is simple Emissions for easy reference -- all sides are about 120% dynamic emissions). On a calibrated on Digital Lab Tester here @ full 250V! This pair tested strong, NOS and Quiet to ear - no microphonics! Early West German tubes have long set the standard for 12AU7 dual triodes ... a very clear, detailed and absolutely one of the smoothest 12aU7's you can own.
