These are early style Western Electric capacitors with sealed Hook ends and engraved (stamped into metal) letters on side. Original SILVER PAINT. Tested, no leaks and perfect function. This type is the highest quality standard Western Electric built; from same era as WE 86A & WE91 legendary theater amps! These incredibly reliable sealed oil types have become extremely popular with those interested in building the finest sounding tube amplifiers -- essential for the very best detailed sound.  Removed from NIB (never used) Western Electric tube Bell System equipment. They do test perfectly, no leakage at full voltage and register full capacity. thoroughly tested by our technician on Sencore capacitor analyzer at full operating voltage, perfect function — see tags, no leaks, low ESR. You don't these very much anymore -- most amp builders have hoarded them for projects.
